Hiraeth — Screenplay Short

Years ago, I took a writing course with the assignment of writing an episode for a television show — in script format. Medium is a bit wonky, but I copied the content of it.

Here is Hireath a word for a place of warmth, love, home, and family, that for whatever reason you can never return to.

You can’t go back to that place or time. And can only try to remember it as best you can.

For me, that is Berkeley, circa 2013.
